End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of Limited License

MonitorKids grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the software solely for parental supervision of minor children or devices under your lawful ownership and custody.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Install the software on any device without explicit ownership or legal parental custody.
• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code.
• Resell, lease, sublicense, or distribute the software to third parties.
• Circumvent or tamper with security or licensing verification controls.

3. Termination

This license terminates immediately upon violation of any term herein. Upon termination, you must delete and discontinue all use of the software.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. MonitorKids does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation where network coverage or third-party operating system restrictions prevent telemetry transmission.
