1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing the MonitorKids application and website (monitorkids.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use or install this software.

2. Authorized Lawful Use

MonitorKids is designed exclusively for:

• Parents or legal guardians supervising their minor children (under 18 years of age) on family-owned devices.
• Consensual digital wellbeing and anti-cyberbullying monitoring.

You explicitly agree NOT to install MonitorKids on any smartphone or tablet without lawful authorization or for unlawful espionage, spouse stalking, or unauthorized surveillance. Misuse violates the Indian Information Technology Act 2000 and applicable penal laws.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) according to your selected plan (₹99 for 7 Days, ₹299 for 1 Month, ₹849 for 3 Months, ₹1,449 for 6 Months, or ₹2,399 for 1 Year). Access continues for the duration of the purchased term. All payments processed via authorized Indian gateways (UPI, Cards, NetBanking) are encrypted.

4. Intellectual Property

The MonitorKids software, algorithms, trademarks, brand identity, and website code are the exclusive intellectual property of MonitorKids. Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
